Goals For the training session
- Understand what is needed for an appropriate warm-up session
- Complete an appropriate warm-up session that will prepare the body properly for the training session and will avoid the occurrence of possible injuries
- Understand the skills needed for soccer
- Perform the correct technique of heading a soccer ball
- Able to control the direction when heading a soccer ball
- Understand/perform the correct technique for a throw-in
- Improve distance of throw by at least 25% by the end of the training session
- Understand how to dribble with the soccer ball
- Be able to make sharp changes in direction when dribbling with the ball without losing possession of the ball
- Improve dribbling speed by at least 20% by then end of the training session
- Perform correct technique of juggling
- Able to switch feet when juggling
- Able to achieve 10 counts in juggling or more
- Improve aerobic fitness by 30%
- Improve anaerobic fitness by 25%
- Improve speed by at least 20%
- Complete appropriate cool-down procedure, that will reduce the risk of muscle soreness and will cool down the body
